  • Order Confirmation: For orders placed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team or partner carrier will contact you (via call/WhatsApp) to confirm the order before dispatching. If confirmation is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • Refusal of Orders: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to process and deliver orders across KSA within 3 to 6 working days. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external courier factors or peak seasons.

  • Delivery Charges: Any shipping fees or cash-on-delivery service fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.
